Please select sign in and click on "Find Existing Record". Because we have pre-loaded your contact information into this software, you will be able to find your record by entering your name and address (house number). Confirm that our information is correct, enter your desired password and submit.
 
Sign In Instructions for All Others -   Y ou need to create a record in the database.  Please click the "Sign In" link above and then select the "Find Record" button to search for a matching record.  If there is no corresponding record already in the database, then you'll be given an opportunity to create one, then you will have access to finish your transaction.

2012 Parents Tuition Raffle Form

 

Winning prize for tution raffles will be a $5,000 credit towards 2012-2013
tuition for one student at St Jane de Chantal School,
OR the revenue from the ticket sales toward tuition
if ticket sales do not exceed the price of tuition.
Prize may be applied to the student of the winner's choice.

ATTIRE: Semi-Formal, masks encouraged!
 
 
COST: $65 per ticket or $80 per ticket with open bar. Drinks will also be available for purchase the night of the gala. 
 
Proceeds go towards the new Multipurpose Art and Science Lab!
